Every member begins with an assessment before enrolment. From there, you’ll follow structured programming through workout cards, with coaches available on the floor to guide, support, and help you progress.

Workout cards
Workout cards give structure to your training. They tell you what to do, how to do it, and how to progress over time. No confusion. No guesswork.
Coached floor
Strength Club is a coached training floor built on structure, accountability, and progression. You train using workout cards within a guided system, with coaches available on the floor.
